Membership

KIBC is a non-profit association owned by the members and governed by the members through the Board of Directors, which are elected at the Annual General Assembly, where all members have equal voting rights.

Membership for KIBC is limited to individuals actively engaged in business in the Klaipeda Region and foreigner working or residents here.

Membership is granted after a formal application has been submitted to and approved by the Board.

Annual member fee is LT 200

Timely payment of membership fee for the present year has to be executed by bank transfer or in cash no later than the 15th of February or 15 days after gained membership.
