KIBC is a non-profit association owned by the Members and governed by the Members through the Board, which are elected at the Annual General Assembly, where all members have equal voting rights.

Membership of KIBC is limited to individuals actively engaged in business in the Klaipeda Region and foreigner working or residents here.

Membership is granted after a formal application has been submitted to and approved by the Board.  

Being a Member you have the advantage getting the Membership Benefit Package consisting of   

-Name, company name, category and contact data in List of Members

-Receiving the special Member information

-M2M proposals, offers or information can be uploaded on the KIBC  web

- All KIBC events can be joined for free or a reduced membership price

-Membership discount for other events and activities

- Participating in the networking groups or seminars

-Regular monthly KIBC networking meeting for free

Annual membership fee LT 200

Timely payment of membership fee for the present year has to be executed by bank transfer or in cash no later than the 15th of February or 15 days after gained membership.
