Board meeting - January
The regular KIBC Board meeting was held on the 26st of January 2012.
Here you find a short protocol with items discussed and the status.
The website address, KIBC, is now finally handed over to the Club.
The bylaws will be adjusted to the fact, that the Club is now an association.
Clarifications are made to the new standard Articles of Association rules, which together with the Clarifications will make up the entirety of the new bylaws for the Club.
The new bylaws will be send to the Members together with the official invitation for the General Meeting on 15th of March 2012.
For a long time we have worked on having a meeting with the Klaipeda Municipality, which has now succeeded.
On the 1st of March there will be a meeting with Klaipeda’s mayor Mr. Vytaytas Grubliauskas. Details will follow with a separate invitation.
Further upcoming events were discussed, as follows:
Presentation of the Klaipeda University Science Park. Proposed date 27.03.2012.
Evaluation on the present economical situation, by the Director of Danske Bankas, scheduled for April.
